At Half Moon lake Resort, the health and safety of our guests and team members are our first priority. We are actively monitoring the latest developments surrounding COVID-19 and the response by the Public Health Agency of Canada and Alberta’s Chief Medical Officer of Health / Alberta Health Services.
Here are some frequently asked questions we have been getting regarding our 2020 season and our COVID-19 response.
As of today we will be opening on May 8th. If we are instructed by the province that we are to remain closed we will share that information as soon as we receive it. There may be a reduction of services to help with social distancing and we will share those prior to the end of April as we implement them.
In the short term we will be limiting the amount of campers we allow into the park. All current bookings will be accepted but future bookings will need to be for at least 30 days. Lots will be allocated to guests in a way to allow adequate spacing between campsites. Also, staff will be increasing cleaning processes to ensure our park is safe for all our guests.
We are here to help, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or our management team at 780-922-3045.
Online reservations for campsites for the summer season can still be booked here through our website or by calling our booking team at 780-922-3045.
Thank you for your patronage, we will continue to assess COVID-19 impacts on the remainder of the camping season.
